Dtection was incorporated with the goal of designing and delivering wireless, battery-powered, cost-effective, pro-active detection products for a variety of alarm conditions. We value and appreciate those who have chosen to use our products.

Company Milestones

Its first product, The Dtect-100, is a water detection system designed to detect, report, and bring corrective action when a water problem is encountered.

Dtection's flagship product, the Dtect-100, is now installed and "protecting" a variety of installations. For actual installations, click here.

The Dtect-100 consists of a Base Station and up to 32 companion Detectors. When a problem is detected, a Detector sends an alert to its Base Station which then takes a series of pro-active response steps defined by the user and optionally includes a call to the Dtection Control Center Computer for back-up action.

Dtection has embarked on an aggressive program to introduce the Dtect-100 into its target markets across the country.

Target Markets

The market for Dtection products is broad and its installations already exhibit proof of a very real need for protection from water damage. Basically the market includes any commercial or residential building which is at risk of water damage from toilets, refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioning units, water heaters, water sprinklers, common drainage outlets and water pipes. Initially, focus will be on those opportunities which involve a purchase of multiple detectors. Among others, such opportunities include:

• Educational Institutions
• University and Private Research Facilities
• Assisted Living Facilities
• Apartment and Time Share Complexes
